Feasibility Studies

Lingg Property Consulting provides Feasibility Studies for the proposed land uses of any given parcel of land, normally during a client's Due Diligence contract period to assist in determining the feasibility of their proposed use for the property.

We have thorough and intimate knowledge of the jurisdictional submittal processes and timelines and can assist our clients in determining the best way to navigate these for our client's project.

 

Our feasibility studies will gather, research, and analyze data to prepare a thorough analysis of the project site, it's features, strengths and opportunities in order to assist the client in determining the feasibility of their proposed project on their proposed site.

Typical feasibility studies will address topography, location, vehicular access, utility access, environmentally sensitive areas, site design, as well as other site constraints and opportunities.

Lingg Property Consulting can expertly navigate the zoning codes which apply to the project site and assist the client in interpretation of the codes' potential impacts on their project, also as an integral part of the feasibility study process.
