Canal Run is a Planned Residential Community consisting of 325 residential units, a 2 acre fire station site, a 3.5 acre commercial site, and 30-acre recreation area.
Lingg Property Consulting principal, Mr. David Lingg, provided full service Project Management, Land Planning & Design Services, Approval Strategy Consulting, General Local Zoning Consultation, Project Management, and Preliminary Plan preparation services for this project. Mr. Lingg also managed the Civil Engineering & Surveying for this project from initial design through Construction Drawing production and Construction Permit application.
Mr. Lingg designed a Linear Park System consisting of a three-acre lake, path systems, points of interest (gazebos, seating areas, special landscaped areas, etc.), ball fields, play areas, community parking areas, as well as a Community Center and Swimming Pool, and grouped the residential units within this community around and throughout the Linear Park.
