Adventure Park USA, Maryland's Largest Family Entertainment Center, opened in 2005. Lingg Property Consulting provided Project Management, Land Planning, and Site Design services for the Project. LPC also provided strategic planning and zoning entitlement services as this project was the first of it's kind in Frederick County and the zoning ordinances at the time did not sufficiently address the proposed use. LPC was instrumental in negotiating all local and State levels of review to obtain approval and ultimate construction of the Park. LPC also subsequently has worked with the Park owners and the Town of New Market to successfully annex the Park into the Town limits. LPC continues to provide design and entitlement services on the Water Park (Phase 2) portion of the project.
